Main Street AI Finder is operated by SnagAbiz™ LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use MainStAIFinder.com, our mobile-friendly application, and related services.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, authentication information, and any name or profile information you provide.
Business and search information. We collect the information you enter to receive software recommendations, such as your industry, expertise, business needs, software budget, technology comfort level, and existing software. We also store search history, generated recommendations, saved tools, and preferences associated with your account.
Membership and transaction information. We receive information about your membership, payment status, subscription dates, and transaction identifiers from our payment processor. We may also receive limited billing information, such as your billing contact details and payment method’s last four digits.
Communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide in your message, including support requests, feedback, and reports of outdated tool information.
Technical and usage information. Our service providers and systems may collect your IP address, browser and device information, access times, pages or features used, and diagnostic or security logs.
Please do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, confidential client records, or other sensitive information into our search or recommendation fields. Provide general descriptions of your business needs instead.

If we send promotional emails, you may unsubscribe using the link in those emails or by contacting us. You may still receive necessary account, security, and billing messages. We do not currently send promotional emails.
Our service matches the information you provide against our own software catalog records. Today, this matching is performed by our own software; your search details are not processed by third-party AI providers at this time.
Where AI-assisted features are enabled in the future, relevant search details may be processed by third-party AI providers to interpret your needs and generate recommendation explanations. If that happens, we will update this policy before enabling the feature.
Search details can include your business description, industry, goals, budget, and software preferences. Information you include in free-text fields would be subject to that processing, so please follow the guidance in Section 1 about what not to enter.
Recommendations can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should confirm a vendor’s features, pricing, and suitability before purchasing software.

We use Stripe to process membership payments and provide billing-management features.
Payment information entered into Stripe’s payment forms is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number or card security code on our application servers.
Stripe may process payment, device, and transaction information for payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, and other purposes described in its own policy.

We may share information with:
Service providers. Providers supporting hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, AI-assisted recommendations, security, and technical operations, as needed to deliver and maintain the service.
Professional advisers and authorities. Where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or obtain professional advice.
Parties to a business transaction. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable protections.
Other parties at your direction. When you request or authorize a disclosure.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your account profile, searches, and saved tools are not public listings. We do not provide your account information or search descriptions to a recommended software vendor simply because its product appears in your results.
We use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies as needed to maintain sign-in sessions, remember preferences, support checkout, and protect the service.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting essential storage may prevent login or other features from working properly.
If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update our disclosures and provide any choices or consent mechanisms required by applicable law before using them.
Our results include links to software vendors and other third-party websites. When you follow those links, the third party’s privacy policy and terms apply.
The destination website may receive ordinary web-request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and referring page, depending on your browser and our link settings.
We do not control third-party privacy practices. Review their policies before creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing software.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
Retention depends on the type of information, whether your account remains active, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and legitimate needs such as security, accounting, and dispute resolution.
Expiration of a free-search allowance or cancellation of a paid membership does not automatically delete your account or search history. You may request account deletion by emailing aifinder@snagabiz.com.
Some records may be retained after deletion where necessary for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-related purposes. Backup copies may remain until removed through normal backup-retention processes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
No online service or transmission method is completely secure. Please protect your login credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
You can manage subscription renewal through the billing portal. Canceling a subscription and requesting deletion of personal information are separate actions. If you want both, please say so in your request.
Main Street AI Finder is intended for adult business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact aifinder@snagabiz.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We operate in the United States. Our service providers may process or store information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use the required safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our service, practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
