Main Street AI Finder

Main Street AI Finder is a service by Startup Evangelist®, operated by SnagAbiz™ LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your use of MainStAIFinder.com, our mobile-friendly application, and related services. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a membership.
Main Street AI Finder guides small-business owners and professionals in discovering software relevant to their industry, expertise, goals, budget, and technology preferences.
The service provides software listings, AI-assisted recommendations, pricing information, comparisons, and related discovery features.
Recommendations are informational. They do not guarantee business results, cost savings, compatibility, or suitability for a particular purpose. They are not legal, financial, tax, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to create an account or purchase a membership.
If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain a working email address, and protect your login credentials. Email confirmation is required to activate your account.
Accounts are intended for individual use. Do not share or resell account access. Notify us at aifinder@snagabiz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
A new verified account receives 2 successful personalized searches, available during the 30 days following email verification and account activation.
This is a one-time introductory allowance, not a monthly allowance. Unused searches expire at the end of the 30-day period.
A search is a submitted request that successfully generates personalized recommendations. Opening tool details, filtering existing results, or revisiting previous results does not count as a new search. Failed requests do not consume a search.
After using both searches or reaching the 30-day deadline, whichever occurs first, you need an active Premium membership to generate new searches.
You retain access to previously generated results while your account and the service remain available, subject to these Terms.
No credit card is required for the free account. A free account does not automatically convert into a paid membership.
Creating multiple accounts to bypass the introductory allowance is prohibited.
Premium membership costs $24.95/year, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout.
Premium provides ongoing personalized searches for normal individual business use, along with the member features described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Your membership automatically renews every year until you cancel. By completing checkout and agreeing to recurring billing, you authorize the annual charge to your selected payment method.
Membership pays for access to Main Street AI Finder's discovery and recommendation features. It does not include subscriptions, licenses, implementation, or support for third-party software.
Reasonable technical safeguards may apply to prevent automated requests, account sharing, resale, and excessive activity that interferes with the service. Any specific usage quota affecting ordinary membership use will be disclosed before purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide a valid payment method and keep your billing information current.
Your renewal date and subscription status are available through your account or billing portal. We will provide renewal notices as required by applicable law.
If payment fails, Premium access may be paused or reduced until payment is resolved. A failed payment does not itself constitute a cancellation request.
We may change membership pricing for future subscription periods. We will provide advance notice of a price change and an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect, and obtain any additional consent required by law. Price changes will not increase the charge for an annual period you have already paid for.
You may cancel automatic renewal through the Manage Subscription option in your account, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
If you cannot access the portal, email aifinder@snagabiz.com for assistance. We will honor a cancellation request received before renewal even if processing takes place afterward.
Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next annual charge. Cancellation stops future renewal, and Premium access continues through the end of your current paid period.
After that period, your account returns to free status. Cancellation does not restart the introductory search allowance.
Logging out, removing the app from your device, or stopping use does not cancel your subscription.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests. If you want both, please state that in your message.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in an offer, membership payments are nonrefundable, and voluntary cancellation does not automatically result in a prorated refund for unused time.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged after a timely cancellation request, contact aifinder@snagabiz.com so we can investigate and correct any error.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.
Software prices, plans, features, and availability can change at any time.
We aim to provide useful information, but we do not guarantee that every listing or recommendation is complete, current, or error-free. A "last verified" date indicates when information was checked; it is not a guarantee that the information remains unchanged.
AI-generated explanations may contain errors or omit relevant considerations. Confirm important details directly with the software vendor before purchasing or relying on a product.
You are responsible for evaluating whether a tool meets your business, privacy, security, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
Our catalog does not necessarily include every available product. A recommendation or ranking does not certify a vendor or guarantee its performance.
Third-party vendors independently provide, price, license, and support their products. Your use of their software is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not a party to your agreement with a software vendor and do not control its products, billing, support, security, or continued availability.
We do not currently run sponsored or affiliate placements. If we introduce them, we will clearly disclose the applicable paid relationship on the listing or placement.
You agree not to:
You retain your rights in the information you submit.
You grant us permission to process, store, and use that information as reasonably necessary to operate the service, generate your results, maintain your account, and provide support, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Only submit information you have the right to use. Do not enter passwords, payment card information, sensitive personal records, or confidential client information into search fields.
You can describe your business needs without identifying individual customers or disclosing private records.
The service's branding, design, original content, and software are owned by SnagAbiz™ LLC or its licensors, except for third-party materials.
Vendor names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply an endorsement or partnership.
While you comply with these Terms, you may use the service and its recommendations for your own internal business purposes. You may not copy or redistribute substantial portions of our catalog, branding, or service without permission, except as allowed by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal information.

We may maintain, update, or modify the service. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, or third-party outages.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
If we permanently discontinue the paid service, or terminate your paid access for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused portion of your prepaid membership.
We will not materially reduce the core benefits of an existing paid annual membership without providing an appropriate remedy.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed results.
We do not promise that a recommended product will increase revenue, reduce costs, or meet every requirement of your business.
These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SnagAbiz™ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws in your location require otherwise.
Please contact aifinder@snagabiz.com about any concern so we can attempt to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising legal rights, bringing an eligible small-claims action, or contacting a regulator.
We may update these Terms as our service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date.
For material changes, we will provide advance notice where appropriate or required and obtain consent where required by law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing dispute.
If you do not agree with an update, you may stop using the service and cancel renewal. Any remedies required by law remain available.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with applicable checkout disclosures and any additional terms you expressly accept, govern your use of the service.
